Thank you to the Staff at Club Auto Sport for assisting me in putting together our Employee Recognition event in March 2024. This was the 4th event that I have had at Club Auto Sport and it’s been great each and every time. The space is so unique and all our guests just loved being out on the patio and then in the garage area.

If I could give Club Auto Sport 10 stars, I would! Held my husband’s 50th birthday here and the venue couldn’t have been more perfect. I would highly recommend checking out this venue for your social or corporate event…we are trying to come back for another event already! Event Planning and Coordination Our event coordinator and day of contact, Devyn, was AMAZING! She was super responsive during the planning process and made some great suggestions for the layout. We were even able to put my husband’s car on display as part of the decor, so cool! Their porter, Manny, helped tremendously during set-up and throughout the event to keep the venue clean. Preferred Vendor List I had a budget to stay in but still wanted a nice experience for our 65+ guests. Their list of preferred vendors were very helpful in accommodating my needs. – Food Catering: We went with Mestizo for catering and received so many great comments about their food (Hawaiian Filipino Fusion, they were even able to collab with a Boba vendor to our request). – For Bartending/Beverage Catering: We went with 55 South Beverage Catering. Their event manager, Michelle, was super nice and so helpful in coming up with creative ideas to stay in budget. She made some special touches with menus and set-up. Scott, the owner was easy to work with and their onsite bartender Irene was the sweetest person! Parking/Venue Nestled in a quiet commercial business area, there was plenty of parking for all our guests. The venue is a museum and had some many cool displays for guest to check out. And because it’s a commercial area, their were no issues with noise with our DJ spinning throughout the night. Fabulous experience, guests were wowed, and husband was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you Club Auto Sport!

Club Auto Sport was a fantastic venue to use for our product launch to train over 500 Sales Associates. The entire staff at the venue was highly professional and a special thanks to Dan/Kelly for all their help. They both went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met during and before the event. The venue was a unique space and the automotive museum really fit the theme of our training event. Lastly, all the amenities on site (AV, meeting/dining space, parking, and bathrooms) were clean, professional, and working perfectly. This is definitely a venue I would use again for upcoming events/training.

My hubby and I decided a year ago when we got married that we would have a one-year anniversary party instead of a wedding reception. They have three main areas that can be used for events. We ended up selecting the patio/museum space and it ended up being perfect for our party of 65+ guests. We were really happy with how everything turned out. We thought it was a nice mix of visually interesting things along with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It was very quiet on a Saturday night and parking was not a problem. We and our guests were pleasantly surprised when walking through the doors of the museum, it looked even better than I had remembered. The patio was really great–the space is really nice already as is and then adding some color and tablecloths just dressed it up more. There was room for our DJ and dancing as well. We also received a bonus treat because Danielle was able to arrange garage tours where we could see some cars that were being worked on or restored. Really cool and unique!

We held an ng Connect Program ecosystem meeting on the topic of Automotive and the Internet of Things recently at Club Auto Sport. What a great venue for an event like this! Robert and team did a great job of making sure everything went off without a hitch. The catering was healthy, delicious, and more creative than the standard fare for business lunches. It was also a flexible space, so that we were easily able to move from meeting into a cocktail reception at the end of the day. Thanks Club Auto Sport team!

We held our charity fund raiser at Club Auto Sport. Robert and his team made it easy by taking care of all the details and helping us make all the plans. Our event went off flawlessly and everyone who came loved the venue. They made the city permit, liquor license and police support super easy and cost effective where we had to spend more money and more hassle at past venues we had our event at. We think it’s the best place in Silicon Valley for an event our size (150-200 people)

Club Auto Sport was my Wedding Venue in April 2014. I would have chosen no other place to have my wedding. The staff of Club Auto Sport was able to portray such a beautiful wedding in the correct layout that I dreamed of. Just absolutely GORGEOUS! We also were able to display some vehicles we chose and used the smart lighting that Club Auto Sport offered. Everything went according to plans. The staff members were able to assist in all means possible and I have heard nothing but good comments from my wedding guests. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their party/event/wedding at Club Auto Sport. If I could re-live that day, I would not chose any other venue.

This place is almost beyond description, which means I have to settle for just calling it awesome. Whether or not you like cars, you’ll most certainly find something to spark your interest among the sprawling, endless hallways filled with various vendors and memorabilia.

Witnessing this place for the first time at a Yelp ever was great because I really got to know the whole layout and what it had to offer. I especially enjoy their memorabilia room filled with miniature cars, auto artifacts and autographed goodies from the 49ers.

The best thing to do is see this place for yourself. Book an event here and you won’t be disappointed.

I had to set up a casual holiday work gathering for 170ppl. Googled and found Club Auto Sport. What an awesome place to have a lunch holiday event for 170 engineers.

From the first inquiry about booking an event to the last minute of my event CAS, I received such great communication, service and attentiveness to myself and my group.
