Club Auto Sport 2017 Events in Review

As a growing event center, it’s rewarding to reflect on the events we’ve hosted and clients we’ve worked with throughout the year. Although more clients will have booked meetings, nonprofit, and other events, here are a few fun facts about Club Auto Sport’s thriving event center.

Of the 100+ events we have on the 2017 schedule so far, we’ve organized:

  • over 80 corporate meetings, events, and parties (including trade shows, conferences, holiday parties, team building, and networking events),
  • over 20 events for the Club Auto Sport community,
  • over 15 private parties (like graduation celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs, and retirement parties),
  • nearly 10 weddings, and
  • 4 fundraisers for nonprofit organizations.

As a small team of 8, we work closely together to ensure our clients receive stellar customer service and event management.

Here are some comments from clients from this past year:

Holiday Party in the Clubhouse

Every year we have an annual holiday party [and] we try to have more fun than the last. This was our first time hosting our semi-annual corporate social event at Club Auto Sport, and we will definitely book this venue again. The space was perfect, with plenty of room to include DJ and dancing, food stations, bars, and games (the racing simulators were a big hit!). The staff, DJ, and event managers were very friendly and professional—couldn’t be any better. Our guests had a great time and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback. Wedding in the Clubhouse

My family told me the staff was excellent the day of the event. Family and friends loved the cars at the venue and the design of the room (high ceilings, lighting, etc.). I also could easily contact any of the managers/sales personnel during the months of preparation and knew they would respond within a day or two. —Sulmaan (wedding client)

My husband and I had our wedding here in March. We are both into cars and motorcycles so we knew this place was perfect! Two hours before the big day, the CAS staff and our caterer, Phu Lam, made this place look so elegant with our simple decorations. It was absolutely beautiful! We loved it! Add the lights that show on the walls. Not sure what its called but it was very elegant and romantic.
