The complex currently offers 86,650 sq. ft. of space under one roof, with a planned second phase that would bring the total to approximately 120,000 sq. ft. Use your car condo to store and work on your collection and run your business at the same time. All units have automatic roll-up doors conveniently placed on the sides of the buildings that are away from the street.
